The Life/form® Adult Sternal Intraosseous Infusion Simulator is a first of its kinddramatic training aid designed to demonstrate, simulate, and prepare all levels ofhealth care professionals for use of the sternal intraosseous approach. Created withthe consultation of experts that developed this technique, incredible realism andaccurate landmarks will allow students to simulate this new life-saving procedurewith skill, confidence, and accuracy. This procedure is a quick and simple alternativeto conventional IV infusion. It saves time and saves lives in demanding emergencyenvironments. The simulator uses a replaceable bone that is designed to be rotatedand punctured several times extending the life of the simulator. The sternum maybe filled with simulated blood to better visualize true flashback.
