Yes, exploring is fun and passionate. I am convinced that we do not run around the world just for the sake of it, but to learn, to know. As children we were always tormented by the eternal question "... and why ...?" If your curiosity hasn't left you, feel free to keep on exploring.

In our company, the support of education and learning forms the largest part of our product portfolio. It is clear that you can have fun exploring all your life.

On the road

We have been on the road since 1992. Helago s.r.o. was founded in the Czechoslovakia era. A representative office for the Czech Republic was established in Žilina, Slovakia, and in the same year in Hradec Králové.

The basic assortment at that time was laboratory scales and blood pressure meters of the Japanese company A&D, which, by the way, we still have in our assortment today. Our main partner was pharmacies that needed to weigh, and digital scales were a novelty that made our work more efficient. Tonometers were again an interesting product range for free sale.

The symbiosis with pharmacies continued to grow, and in 1993 we opened our own pharmacy furniture production. At that time, it was mainly luxury, made of solid wood. The pharmacies became a partner for several years, determining the direction of our journey.

The company grew successfully, but later, due to the pressure of the competitive environment in the pharmacy market, we were forced to look for new partners. The natural progression was to equip the laboratories. We expanded and adapted our product range, and the production plant started to partially produce laboratory furniture. Slowly, laboratory equipment began to take over the pharmacies.

In 1998, our path forked. We met with health simulators and simulators. At first, it seemed very out of our scope, but eventually curiosity won out, and since vocational schools and universities were among our good customers in the field of laboratory equipment, we figured we wouldn't give anything for asking.

Our courage had a positive response and pharmacies and laboratories replenished the medical "phantoms".

In 2002, we added technical education to our support of medical education. Slowly, the company began to take on the face of today.

In the same year, 2002, the company split into two independent companies, Helago-CZ, Ltd. and Helago-SK, Ltd. but they continue to work very closely together and are also intertwined in terms of ownership.

Even though the promotion of health and technical education is now the dominant focus of the company, we have not abandoned our roots. We are also building laboratory equipment support, for which a Prague office has been established to better optimise customer support. We also continue to work with pharmacies, although we are now focusing on implementing automated drug dispensing.

Who we are?

We are a stable company oriented on the customer, on his satisfaction. The quality management system, which we maintain under the supervision of the certification body TŰV Sűd Czech, s.r.o. since 2004, bears the main motto of the company: "It must be remembered that at the top of all company activities must be a satisfied customer who will be happy to return to cooperation and products supplied by HELAGO-CZ, s.r.o.!"

We cooperate with dozens of manufacturers all over the world and for our market we look for cutting-edge products that are based on new technologies. We provide service for distributed products.

What are we doing?

Our core business is now education, both for medical and technical fields. We offer teaching aids, simulators and simulators for the little curious from kindergarteners to seniors who need to keep their skills up to date. Of course, our main partners are secondary schools and universities, who will find cutting-edge equipment including augmented and virtual reality.
For primary schools, we offer workshop equipment. We consider it important to support the education of future craftsmen, who are increasingly demanding thanks to new technologies. And there is still a shortage of them...

We provide equipment for laboratories, both school and professional. From consumables to instrumentation.

For our traditional customers, pharmacists, we offer the implementation of automated drug dispensing. A robot with lots of peripherals that will free the pharmacist from routine, unskilled work and allow him to focus on his specialty, especially when consulting with patients. It will enable him to build a modern 21st century pharmacy, including e-commerce, without which the current generation can no longer imagine shopping.

In short, we are doing everything we can to ensure that our customers have the opportunity to choose exactly what they need for their needs.

Where are we going?

We are building a company with a long-term perspective to continue to be available to you, our partners. We plan to continue to find the best products for you, to ensure their impeccable operation and service. We are constantly training technicians at the manufacturers to be able to respond quickly and efficiently to any problems, training representatives to be able to pass on all the information you need.

We are expanding the "Presentation and Learning Center" at our headquarters, where you have the opportunity to see the products and test them in operation.

We nurture the belief that we can do it and have the courage to make it happen. We have the optimism for life and the necessary perspective to overcome obstacles.
