GUNT HM 142

Sedimentation Tank system is designed for the separation of suspensions through sedimentation processes. It includes a transparent sedimentation tank with lighting for optimal visualization of flow conditions. The system is equipped with a stirring machine in the inlet area to create and transport concentrated suspensions and to simulate raw water flow.

A lamella unit can be inserted into the tank for enhanced separation efficiency. The adjustable water level and flow velocity at the inlet allow for customization of experimental conditions. The system features an electromagnetic flow rate sensor for accurate measurement of raw water and is ideal for studying the behavior of settleable substances using Imhoff cones. This system is perfect for studying the sedimentation process and understanding separation techniques in water treatment applications.
