GUNT HL 720

Training system demonstrates the design and operation of a ventilation system with all essential components used in ventilation technology.

Some components include sight windows for observation. The system features a protective grating and an adjustable multi-leaf damper at the air inlet, ensuring controlled airflow.

A filter is integrated for air purification, and the system is powered by a ventilator with an electronically commutated (EC) motor.

The unit includes three sound insulation links and various air outlets for room air distribution, including a disc valve, ceiling vent, and ventilation grill with adjustable flow rate.

An inspection cover provides access for maintenance. A fire protection flap is installed to prevent fire and smoke crossover in the air duct.

Additionally, the air duct has pressure measurement connections, allowing for differential pressure-based flow rate determination.

The system enables pressure measurements using a hand-held measuring unit and effective power measurement of the ventilator, making it suitable for practical training applications.
