ET 432 Piston compressor in refrigeration

GUNT ET 432 

Designed for piston compressors typically used in refrigeration systems.

It features an open process with air and operates with a typical two-cylinder compressor.

The experimental plant is controlled via a PLC with touch screen operation.

Screen mirroring allows the user interface to be displayed on up to 10 end devices.

The drive motor uses an asynchronous motor with a frequency converter for speed adjustment.

Both inlet and outlet pressures (pressure ratio) are adjustable via valves.

The system includes a flow meter, as well as sensors for pressure, temperature, speed, and torque (measured via force).

Data acquisition is handled by the PLC and stored on internal USB memory, with access to the stored data via WLAN/LAN.

The system can be connected to a customer’s own network or directly via LAN.
