GUNT CE 600

Continuous Rectification System is designed for continuous and discontinuous rectification experiments, providing in-depth studies on distillation and separation processes. The system includes a packed column, sieve tray, and bubble cap tray column—each interchangeable—to support various distillation methods. The plant is equipped with advanced control via a PLC system, allowing for seamless operation through a touch screen interface.

This setup also features an integrated router for operation and control via up to 5 end devices. Key features include three feed inlets, multiple temperature sensors, and a reflux ratio adjustment system.

The unit ensures water conservation through a closed cooling water circuit with an air cooler, as well as a vacuum mode with a diaphragm pump.

The CE 600 system is equipped with data acquisition capabilities, enabling detailed performance analysis through GUNT software.
