System is designed for the removal of solvents from salt solutions using the principle of reverse osmosis. It includes a polyamide spiral wound membrane module, which facilitates efficient filtration. The system features a piston pump with a pulsation damper to ensure stable pressure generation, and an overflow valve for pressure control upstream of the membrane. The retentate flow rate is adjustable via a dedicated valve.
For enhanced safety, the system is equipped with a safety cutout to protect the pump from dry running. The system’s operations are managed via a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), with a touch screen interface for ease of control. An integrated router allows for remote operation and control, as well as screen mirroring on up to five devices. Data acquisition is stored in the PLC’s internal memory, and measured values can be accessed via WLAN/LAN using the integrated router or through a direct LAN connection to the customer's network.
Additionally, the system comes with GUNT software for data acquisition through LAN on Windows 10.
